Business Process Engineer (all gender)

We are looking for a hands-on Business Process Analyst who doesn’t just analyze processes – but actively improves them. In this role, you will work at the core of our business, transforming how our sales, operations, and commercial processes actually work in reality. Your mission: Identifying real inefficiencies in day-to-day operations and solving them pragmatically - using modern tools, data analysis, and AI-driven solutions.

This is not a theoretical role. This is about execution, ownership, and visible results.

Make processes better – where it matters

• Analyze real workflows across Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual workarounds
• Work closely with teams to understand how things actually run
• Implement practical improvements with immediate business impact

Build smart tools and solutions

• Develop simple, effective tools (dashboards, automations, internal apps)
• Use modern technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to simplify workflows
• Focus on quick wins and scalable improvements rather than complex rollouts
• Enable teams with intuitive, easy-to-use solutions

Turn data into decisions

• Analyze sales, customer, and operational data
• Identify patterns and improvement opportunities
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Help drive decisions impacting revenue, margins, and efficiency

Connect systems and improve data flow

• Support and optimize ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Improve integration between ERP, CRM (HubSpot), and digital tools
• Ensure clean, consistent, and usable data across systems
• Identify automation opportunities across the system landscape
