Your responsibilities
We are looking for an HR all-rounder with a strong focus on HR operations. Together with the HR Manager, you will not only ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly, but also contribute to projects related to employee engagement and development. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for our colleagues, always offering a listening ear and practical solutions for all topics related to working at EP.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be involved in a broad range of HR responsibilities.
- Maintaining and managing employee master data (Personio)
- Preparing documents, certificates, and contract amendments
- Publishing job advertisements and communicating with candidates
- Preparing, participating in, and evaluating interviews
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., delivering introductions and welcome sessions)
- Coordinating appointments with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicating with managers, authorities, payroll providers, and service partners
- Coordinating employee benefits and gifts
- Preparing statistics and reports (Excel, Personio)
- Coordinating contract-related topics (e.g., fleet management, expense claims, employee gifts)
- Providing conceptual and organizational support for employee events (in cooperation with Marketing)
- Acting as deputy for the HR Manager during absences
