- Support the marketing team in planning and coordinating internal events, meetings, workshops, and training across our European locations
- Assist with a variety of marketing activities and projects, helping things move from idea to execution
- Prepare event and meeting spaces to ensure everything runs smoothly — before, during, and after the event
- Support visiting colleagues, partners, and guests during marketing-related activities
- Coordinate event and meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering, and external partner services
- Arrange travel-related resources for guests, such as hotels and meeting locations
- Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders during meetings and events
- Support internal initiatives that help create a positive, organised, and welcoming workplace
- Taking ownership of recurring event and meeting experiences and continuously improving them
- Bringing in new ideas to improve how we run internal events or host guests
- Helping shape how EP Equipment’s workplace experience evolves over time
- Work closely with other internal teams with clear responsibilities and smooth handovers
- Coordinate with external service providers such as hotels, caterers, and event partners as well as customers and partners of EP Equipment
- Help maintain clear processes and documentation for recurring marketing and event activities
