Your responsibilities
EP Equipment has an established network of experienced dealers and rental partners throughout the region. Your mission: strengthen these partnerships, identify growth potential, and enable sustainable success.
As a Sales Manager, you are the central link between EP and our dealer network. You will regularly visit our partners, develop relationships, coach sales teams, and actively support market development.
In addition to your travel activities, you will work from your home office, closely coordinate with our intercultural teams in Europe and China, and report on progress and market opportunities.
Your presence, strategic mindset, and hands-on support will make the difference:
- Be the trusted partner for our dealer network – with a focus on strengthening existing relationships, not just building new ones.
- Develop and implement strategies to support dealer growth, drive local sales, and improve performance across the network.
- Coach, train, and support dealers to help them better position and sell EP’s product portfolio.
- Foster collaboration and communication between dealers to share best practices and create a stronger, more unified network.
- You will engage daily with your Crosscultural team both in China and Europe to ensure our customers get the support they need
- Act as a key interface between dealers and EP’s internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and support across departments.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
