You support the management team with projects and are often the one who simply gets things moving - Office Management
You ensure that the office has everything it needs – from equipment to stationery. Research, supplier selection and price negotiation – that’s right up your street! - Fleet Management
You coordinate everything to do with procurement, maintenance and so on (currently 23 vehicles) - Facilities & Service Provider Management
You organise service providers and tradespeople – quickly, reliably and without any fuss - Travel & Guest Management
You look after guests and organise travel – this is where you can really put your service-oriented mindset to good use - Event Support
Assisting with the planning and execution of events in collaboration with the marketing team - Internal Organisation
Supporting specialist departments with organisational matters - Hands-on tasks
And yes: dealing with post, minor repairs or ad-hoc issues are also part of the job
