Your responsibilities
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our dealers within Spain. You will be building relationships with new and existing dealers and will proactively guide them to sell the EP products.
You will be on the road, engaging directly with our partners. Your presence, coaching, and hands-on support will be critical to strengthening relationships and unlocking further growth potential. The remaining time will be spent working from your home office, coordinating with our internal teams and reporting on progress.

- Be the trusted partner for our Spanish dealer network – with a focus on strengthening existing relationships, not just building new ones.
- Develop and implement strategies to support dealer growth, drive local sales, and improve performance across the network.
- Coach, train, and support dealers to help them better position and sell EP’s product portfolio.
- Foster collaboration and communication between dealers to share best practices and create a stronger, more unified network.
- You will engage daily with your Crosscultural team both in China and Europe to ensure our customers get the support they need
- Act as a key interface between dealers and EP’s internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and support across departments.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
