Your responsibilities
In this role, the Energy Storage Sales Manager (m/f/d) will be pivotal in expanding EP Energy's presence in Germany and the DACH region by building and developing a nationwide dealer network. You will focus on recruiting and supporting implementation partners—dealers who will handle energy storage systems (ESS) and infrastructure installations at customer sites. Your responsibility will be to identify and engage with local and national partners who can deliver EP Energy's ESS solutions and integrate them into the larger energy ecosystem.

- Establish and grow a network of trusted dealer partners across Germany.
- Support and collaborate with these dealers to ensure the successful implementation of EP Energy's energy storage and charging solutions at customer locations.
- Educate partners on the value and benefits of our ESS solutions, ensuring they understand how to position them effectively in the market.
- Ensure dealers are equipped to manage the full implementation process, including the integration of ESS infrastructure.
- Monitor the performance of dealers and help them maximize their sales potential.
